Motherhood: The Most Overlooked Leadership School in the World

I work with

Women and mothers: helping them recognise the leadership already present in their everyday lives.
Young learners: developing autonomy, decision-making, communication and self-awareness.
Educators: exploring how teaching can transform the way we lead.
Schools and organizations:creating experiences that develop people rather than focusing only on performance.

My Mission

My mission is to help people discover and develop the leader within them. Through education, writing and the TRU-GUT Method, I bring leadership into everyday life...from the classroom and the workplace to motherhood and the development of young people.

My Book

The Leadership Manifesto is the foundation of my work. Drawing on experiences from motherhood, education and leadership, it explores how we can lead with greater self-awareness, build people rather than simply pursue success, and rethink what leadership really means.

My Values

I believe Leadership begins with self-awareness, trust and the willingness to question what we take for granted. I value autonomy, responsibility, meaningful relationships and the courage to make conscious choices.

What I believe

I believe Leadership is not something that begins when we are given a title, a position or a team to manage. It begins much earlier, in the way we make decisions, respond to difficulties, listen to others, take responsibility and understand ourselves.

I believe that some of the most important leadership lessons can be discovered in places where we do not normally look for them: in a classroom, in a family, in a difficult conversation, in a moment of failure, or in the everyday choices we make when nobody is watching.

This is why I created TRU-GUT.

My work is about helping people observe more carefully, question what they have accepted without thinking, trust their own judgement and become more intentional about the way they lead themselves and others.

The Leadership Manifesto is the foundation of this work. TRU-GUT is how I continue to explore it...through education, leadership development and experiences that help people discover the leader that already exists within them.

Because I do not believe Leadership is simply about building success.
I believe it is about building people and about recognizing that Leadership can be found in places where nobody expects to find it.
